Unless otherwise agreed, we operate on a milestone-based payment structure: an initial deposit at kickoff, intermediate payments at agreed milestones, and a final payment on delivery. For ongoing services such as monthly social media management, fees are payable in advance for each billing period.
Once work has commenced, deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable, as they cover work already performed. Refunds, if any, will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only where clearly warranted. If you have any concerns about a payment, please contact us so we can discuss it directly.
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, code and design — is the property of Isavgo Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. For client projects, intellectual property ownership of the delivered work is transferred to you upon full payment, subject to the specific terms of your engagement letter. To deliver our best work, we rely on our clients to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the content or assets needed for each project. Delays in providing requested materials, feedback or approvals may extend project timelines and could affect the agreed delivery date. However, our website and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law. We treat all client information and project details as confidential and only share them internally on a need-to-know basis. We expect our clients to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary methods, internal processes or commercial terms shared during our engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the specific terms of the relevant agreement. On termination, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date, and we will hand over any deliverables covered by payments already received.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat. We will always try to resolve any concerns amicably and informally before escalating any dispute, and we encourage you to reach out to us first with any issue.
